Amiens is a former 69 ft "Battle Class High Speed Target Towing Vessel", built in 1944 for the Royal Army Service Corps. Thought to be the last sea worthy one of her type, it has taken 14 years so to reach this condition. All restoration work done by myself with the odd second pair of hands supplied by my good lady wife Karen. Full Stem to Stern re-fit including Wiring/ plumbing/ C-Heating etc etc. Fitted as a comfortable mobile home rather than historical accuracy, she is equipped with twin Rolls Royce Diesel engines, she cruises at 12 Kts, burns 4.3 gall/hour and carries 1400 gals fuel.Over the years I have had to use just about every engineering skill in wood and metal
